This is the second of my attempts at wire wrapping.

I honestly am not sure if this stone is a blue malachite or a blue tiger eye. I've had the stone for years now.

Forgive the pun in the title- I just couldn't resist! lol

Materials
Blue stone
Filigree cap
Filigree cross
Wire

I did not even know there could be such a thing as blue Tiger's Eye. I am not sure what it is either but it is really beautiful and the wire wrapping turned out splendid I think. It is so elegant and magical too and seems as though it would be worn by some mysterious girl in a faerie tale video game.:blackrose:

I know right? I didn't either until a friend had some for a rosary.. so who knows lol

And thank you- I was really proud of it considering I'm still sorta experimenting with wire wrapping all together..

The bail was actualy an end wire for stringing beads- the head just holds in on and I bent the rest for a bail.

And as for the rest of the wire- I just threaded it through the holes in the cap and sortof wove that basket shape with both ends I guess.. hard to explain lol
